WARRANTY
Gucio are given 24 months warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover natural wear of shoes, damage resulting from improper maintenance (for example the use of detergent and high temperature washing).
CARE
If necessary hand wash with mild soap only.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 3-5 working days/or 1 working day for delivery within Australia and up to 10 working days for New Zealand.
Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.
During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!Should you require your order quickly, please email as- we can accommodate requests to use a courier, at your cost.
ORDER TRACKING
We offer an order tracking service. Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping is flat - $9.95/ Express Post $12.20 for Australia and $14.95 for New Zealand.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will let you know and ship you the order.
EASY RETURNS
In case of choosing the incorrect size, you can return it for exchange.
(We strongly suggest to use the measurement guide before you place an order).
Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must attach your tax invoice.
The item must be unworn,unused, and in new, original condition.
You can exchange the shoes for a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will, be extra shipping cost involved. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you’ll also be charged the extra. Please contact info@gucioshoes.com.au to arrange the exchange.
RETURNS - NO RISK 30 DAYS RETURN
If you want to return the footwear, please contact us via email first (info@gucioshoes.com.au) to get the return approved. You will then receive a confirmation email with the reference number and instructions about how to return. We offer returns for 30 days.
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You must attach your tax invoice.
The item must be unworn,unused, and in new, original condition.
REFUND
Where you believe the shoes are faulty, it may be necessary for us to send it to the manufacturer or to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
Gucio Shoes policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
